Kazan Federal University is getting a qualitatively new level.By 2020, it is planned to invite 100 world-renowned scientists, to create the same number of laboratories, to publish 5000 scientific articles in the database SCOPUS and to increase the number of foreign students.These and other development prospects of the University were discussed  at a meeting of the Board of Trustees.
